Favorably unfavorable conditions

Outside is so saturated that condensation forms on the inside of my bedroom window. I wipe it aside with my hand and flick the water to the side to get a good look at what I don't feel like directly experiencing at the moment. Once again, there is no one to be seen outside and, once again, for good reason. It's always damp. But, this time, it is COLD and damp. Very cold for around here. The sky looks heavy with moisture and it seems as if this place is nearly inside of a cloud, instead of below one. How awkward that the clouds would sag so deeply. The cloud shrouds the neighborhood in a sheer veil of, inevitably, more raindrops. The breeze blows lightly, but it's an easy assumption to make that the cold makes this light breeze vicious in demeanor. The whole scene is either calming or bleak; I can't decide. My selfishness biases the decision. If conditions would worsen, thus becoming bleak.. I would choose the description of calming. At the moment, I will consider the scene bleak, though.
